TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICING
All prices include VAT and a 3 day hire.
PAYMENT
A £30 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment and requirements is required 4 weeks in advance to event date, by cash or cheque payment. Please make cheques out to S.Baker.
DELIVERY
Delivery is as mentioned above. All hire items excluding Table Centrepieces and Chair Covers would need to be collected by arrangement prior to the event.
PICK-UP
All linens should be refuse free and dry.
All Chair Covers and Table Centrepieces should be ready for pick up next day. Please place all items in a single safe location.
LOSS (SHORTAGE) OR DAMAGE
Responsibility for equipment remains with customer from delivery until return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Replacement fees are made for missing or broken or heavily soiled items which can not be cleaned and deemed unusable.
Note: Hardwood or any type of floors damaged by the use of our equipment is the responsibility of the client, not EVENTS FOR U.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations can be made up to 3 working days prior to delivery/collection at no extra charge, only the initial £30 deposit will be held.. Cancellations in the final 3 working days may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours or on the day of delivery will be subject to 100% of the total bill.
