Application of Terms and Conditions

"Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Product Availability

It is possible that in some instances product may be unavailable, in which case we will endeavour to provide equivalent alternatives to the same or higher value. We will make every reasonable effort to inform you of this by either telephone or e-mail.

Price & Postage

Prices shown on this website include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Delivery charges are detailed when you proceed to check-out.

The Contract Between Us

Contracts formed between Events For U and users as a result of using this site shall be governed in all respects by English law and all such users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you.
